We (husband and I) had a nice conversation on the way up and back. He agrees with my idea to make the garage into a play room for the kids. See, I had this idea two years ago but he kind of poo pooed it (for whatever reason…I don’t even know). So I’d been plotting since summer to just do it on my own but it was starting to become a big job. Hence, we had to discuss it. Luckily we agree mostly on how it should go and how it might actually get done. That’s a plus.

The prince has decided he wants to go to The Galapagos Islands. He can’t pick somewhere close and cheap…no, he wants to go play with the seals. And that costs money…and lots of it.

I’m mostly done with The Christmas Letter. Wow. This has NEVER been completed this early before. My Christmas cards come in on Saturday (we had family pictures made) and at this rate, I might actually get them out on Thanksgiving weekend. That would be a huge accomplishment for me and I’m quite excited. So wish me luck.

I’ve got a pile of catalogs to go through so I’m going to go sit on my rear, watch t.v. and go through these darned things so I can get rid of the ones I don’t want.
